License Agreement.

Notes Plus Plus LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Notes Plus Plus ("Notes PP" or "Notes ++") License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and MoRUN.net. Read it carefully before using the Software. By downloading, copying, installing or otherwise using the Software, you confirm your acceptance with the terms of this License Agreement and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, do not use the Software in any manner.

Notes Plus Plus LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Notes Plus Plus ("Notes PP" or "Notes ++") License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and MoRUN.net. Read it carefully before using the Software. By downloading, copying, installing or otherwise using the Software, you confirm your acceptance with the terms of this License Agreement and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, do not use the Software in any manner.

1. DEFINITIONS

"MoRUN.net" means MoRUN.net, and its licensors, if any.

"Software" means only Notes Plus Plus ("Notes PP" or "Notes ++"), any associated components and online or electronic documentation.

"Evaluation Software" means a version of the Software meant for reviewing, demonstrating and evaluating of the Software for a limited period of time (30 days). The trial version may have limited features and will cease operating after a trial period.

"Registration information" or "Registration key" is a code used for redistering the software.

2. RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

(a) Registered copy.

The Software may be used on a single computer only. A license for the Software may not be shared, installed or used concurrently on different computers. To use the Software on other computers, you need to purchase an additional license for each such computer.

You may not make or distribute copies of the Software, or electronically transfer the Software from one computer to another or over a network.

You may make a single copy of the Software only for backup purposes.

Any copy must contain all copyright notices.

You agree that MoRUN.net may audit your use of the Software for compliance with these terms at any time, upon reasonable notice.

Your license rights under this License Agreement are non-exclusive.

Certain rights may be available only under a separate agreement.

You may not alter, merge, modify, adapt, decompile or disassemble the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software.

You may not sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.

In the event that you fail to comply with this License Agreement, MoRUN.net may terminate the license and you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.

(b) Evaluation copy.

You may use the Software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days from the day that you install the Software. If you want to continue using the Software after the 30-day evaluation period, you must purchase and register it. Unregistered use of the Software after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of international copyright laws.

If you have obtained the Software on a trial or evaluation basis, you get temporary, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and not for resale license for evaluating purposes.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

This license gives you limited license to use the Software. MoRUN.net retains all rights and title, including all copyright and intellectual property rights, in and to, the Software, all its copies and to the content that is not contained in the Software, but may be accessed through use of the Software. This License Agreement grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not specifically granted in this License Agreement are reserved by MoRUN.net.

4. NO WARRANTY

MORUN.NET HAS MADE NO WARRANTIES TO YOU REGARDING THE SOFTWARE AND THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

MORUN.NET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

MORUN.NET DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE IS ERROR-FREE AND WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.

MORUN.NET PROVIDES NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT OR WARRANTIES FOR THE SOFTWARE. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY MORUN.NET, ITS DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF ANY WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT MORUN.NET WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PART FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR CONFIDENTIAL OR OTHER INFORMATION, FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, FOR LOSS OF PRIVACY OR OTHER LOSS WHATSOEVER), ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, OR OTHERWISE UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PROVISION OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, EVEN IN THE EVENT OF THE FAULT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR BREACH OF WARRANTY OF MORUN.NET, AND EVEN IF MORUN.NET HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6.RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMER

You agree to provide complete and accurate information while purchasing, and you agree not to provide any information that is false, misleading or incorrect. You also agree to notify us if any of your information changes. If at any time we have any reason to believe that any of your information is inaccurate, untrue, incomplete or otherwise incorrect, we reserve the right to terminate this License.

You agree that you are responsible for receiving the Registration information. The email containing your registration information is generated automatically, and will be sent to the e-mail address you entered while purchasing the software. If your email address is not valid you won't receive your registration information. If you are using spam blocking or email filtering, make sure that you can receive the email from .

You must take every reasonable precaution that no person is able to make unauthorized use of or gain unauthorized access to your registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration information and any damages resulting from all uses of your registration information, whether actually or expressly authorized by you, unless access to your activation information was obtained through no fault or negligence of your own. You agree to notify MoRUN.net of any unauthorized use of your registration information. MoRUN.net will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your registration information. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by MoRUN.net or another party due to someone else using your registration information. You may not use anyone else's Registration information without the permission.

7. UPGRADE SUBSCRIPTION

Upgrade Subscription Policy is subject to change any time at MoRUN.net's discretion.

Upgrade Subscription entitles you to get any version upgrades (for example, an upgrade from version 1.0 to 2.0) when and if commercially available, during the active Upgrade Subscription period at no additional charge.

You can use an Upgrade subscription only if the major version of your product is the same to the current product major version. The major version number is the digit(s) to the left of the version's decimal point.

One Upgrade Subscription applies to one copy of product.

The period of the subscription commences on the date the subscription is purchased.

MoRUN.net shall solely determine what constitutes an upgrade.

You will be notified by email (if you have provided MoRUN.net with a valid email address) when upgrades are available for download. Notification will be sent to the email address you submitted while purchasing your Upgrade Subscription. You must notify MoRUN.net immediately in the event of a change in your e-mail address or contact information. Upgrade registration information will be sent automatically.

You can renew your Upgrade Subscription at anytime by ordering a new subscription. You can always contact Customer Service to find out when your subscription expires. If your Upgrade Subscription hasn't expired, it will be renewed from the expiration date.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate this license Agreement without prior notice if we believe that you have violated any term of this License Agreement.

In this case, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts. You agree that such termination will not entitle you to a refund of the purchase price or any other amounts paid under any circumstances whatsoever.

In the event of termination by Customer, the fee paid under this agreement is not available for refund.

9. LANGUAGE

This agreement, all documents relating to this agreement and all information provided by MoRUN.net shall be in English. We do also offer support and send registration information in English only. All requests written in other languages will be unanswered.

10. GENERAL

This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and MoRUN.net. If any provision of this License Agreement shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of this License Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

Didn`t do what I wanted

I wanted it to have post-it notes attached to certain programs, file folders, or websites, so as I re-surfed the same site, or my wife did, I could have a post-it note pop up.
